  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead QA teams in multiple factories.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the working time, including trips upcountry and overseas.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for supporting the Quality Management System (QMS) by implementing and maintaining QMS functions.
  • Regularly updating the status of relevant food safety and food quality regulation and standard to effectively track performance, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining Food Safety, Food quality and records in accordance with company and customer requirements.
  • Internal and External Customer audit: Providing support as needed to document, track, and follow up CAPA Closing; leading investigations; determining root causes; and implementing corrective and preventive actions, as well as following up on these actions.
  • Reviewing and ensuring compliance with third-party, customer, and internal audit standards.
  • Factory Audit: Ensuring that factory meet company requirements and comply with regulations, food safety standards, and quality standards, while maintaining all necessary compliance.
