TWPC's Shareholders approves a dividend payment of 0.32 Baht/share - XD on 8 May

Mr. Ho KwonPing (3rd from left), Chairman of the Board along with Mr. Ho Ren Hua (3rd from right), Chief Executive Officer and director and Board of Directors and Managements of Thai Wah Public Company Limited (TWPC) recently arranged the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting approved the payment of a dividend for the fiscal year 2017 of 0.32 Baht/share, dividend payment as from May 25, 2018. The Company intends to schedule the list of shareholders’ names who have the right to attend the upcoming shareholders’ meeting (XM) on May 8, 2018. Besides, the shareholders also approved the bond issuance and offering of up to THB 1,000 million in order to support business expansion to become regional leaders at the Banyan Tree hotel, Bangkok.
