Food ingredients Asia 2023

Thai Wah Public Company Limited, showcased its offerings, both cassava starch and food from cassava flour under the “Rose brand”, at the Food Ingredients Asia 2023 event, also known as Fi Asia. Their products range from natural ingredients without synthetic chemicals, with the Clean Label symbol, to hydrocolloid products, as well as processed cassava flour products such as Fabioca CF and CASSTEX 2P, which are one of the best sellers and suitable in diverse cuisines. Additionally, attendees had the opportunity to sample the latest food innovations, including gelato, sauces, and yogurt drinks.

The Food Ingredients Asia event serves as a platform for showcasing products in the food and beverage ingredient industry and an international conference aimed at promoting the potential of the Thai food industry. Thai Wah, a major player in the food industry and one of the largest producers of cassava-based flour and food products in Southeast Asia, presented innovations centered around three concepts: Clean Label foods, food ingredient solutions, and healthy foods, along with eco-friendly packaging made from cassava, contributing to environmental sustainability.
